Hailey, It's likely because your admin. has not given you permission to this report. But that can be changed in Settings> User List > User Permissions.

It does not calculate the %. It gives you the raw data and you'll have to pull out your calculator to work the % numbers.

It is, but it also captures policies that expired, non-renewed or have any other "lost" policy status too. So it's a bit more robust.

Sold = The date that the producer/agent did the work with the client to make the sale.Inception = The date that the customer asked for their policy to be effective for the very first time.

Great question. That's going to be a personal preference.I always wanted to know what was actually sold in the month of April for example. So I would ask for the report based on Sold Date not Inception Date. But you could do both.

@nadinegilles. That is correct. You can't alter the details on the left hand side of the AI or S&R reports. You will have to drill down into the actual report and add more reporting fields to the report to see other premium preferences.
