is there a way to change the policy titles in a customers portal? For example, I have a client with multiple dwellings. instead of "dwelling 1, dwelling 2, etc." I would love to label them by address for clarification. Example: "clear cover, roundtop Ave, etc."

yes, we have the addresses listed but I was wondering if I could change the actual to say the address instead of "8-DFIRE, 9-DFIRE, etc" .. I know its small just seeing if I could save an extra step instead of clicking on each one and reading address before proceeding :)

When I try to change the font size for a log note it changes it in the log I am typing but if I save and close then open again the font size is the same as it always is

Baylee - so you're asking about the name on the tab, 1-DFIRE, 2-DFIRE, etc. That's the policy title field, but you would have to add the address in the Policy/Company setup, for every customer, so technically you could, but you don't want to.

speaking of customization.. another question: sorry! is there a way to add LOB's we do not see offered? I was trying to add "sexual and abuse" as a LOB to one of our commercial carriers but it only brings up ones to select, you can not create

That could be an example of using Policy titles then, if you want the tab to be something different from "OTHER" then create a specialized policy title in the Policy Info section for that carrier

Kallen - linking log notes still keeps the number, so 1, 2, 3, etc. but if you open a log that is linked to others, you'll be able to see everything that's related.

be careful with doing that though... if someone leaves the agency, you may not be able to change/delete the client tag if that agent is no longer there.

Good point Jolene. A good reason to mark users as inactive when they leave, rather than deleting them. Then, if you run into a situation like that, your admin can re-activate that user, remove the tag, then make them inactive again.

Jackie, can you explain again how your agency can see that contact info alert for say an email? we have a lot of older clients that do not have an email and have a client tag stating that they don't have an email. did you say an alert pops up notifying the agent/csr of this?

another great tool is the push pin. for example, if you need the lienholder info for a veh. as soon as you go to another screen, the LH info disappears unless you press the push pin at the top of the pop up. it will hold it in place

Hawklink can be used to access policies through Google Chrome for billing, quoting etc but each user has to map it.
