Casey, I suspect that when HawkSoft was originally designed, monitors were much smaller and some people need lower resolutions to see things larger and perhaps the programming hasn't necessarily caught up with that. Probably still relevant with people using laptops which don't have as large of monitors as a desktop computer.

for example... I fixed a csr that is no longer here and they were only still listed on 2 clients. another csr who is no longer here only has 3 clients. can I just fix those low volume csr fixes and then freshen and refresh only once?

Just a note to say that "Freshen Indexes" is your friend! If something is looking wonky in Hawksoft, it can often be fixed with Freshen Indexes. We do it a minimum of daily.

I don't exactly need this answered today....but Im kinda thinking out loud - would creating another "office" for my benefits side be helpful? Commissions are so low on health insurance - but premium is high. So, my percentages are always hard to say when I renew E&O and other things...
