How do you know "how much is too much"? when it comes to emails to your customers, etc.? (weekly, monthly, etc)

Does the batch sort through duplicate email. For example some of our clients have a personal and a commercial. Does it only send it once or exactly duplicate if listed?

it's me -- that person that learned about sorting categories is me!!! :) Once you build your "library" using that to sort is so much easier to find what you are looking for!

Erin, you will be sending any batch emails from a report. If you are sending to all clients and the individual has two client accounts (personal + commercial), then you will be sending two emails. A lot of campaigns are more targeted and perhaps would not go to all clients. Alternately, you could sort your report by email address and then highlight everyone. Then ctl+click to UNselect specific or duplicate email addresses before starting your batch email. Kind of time consuming however.
