Yes - I like to have the reports on my desktop so I can manipulate them on excel. Whenever I do this, its a bit of a hassle getting onto c drive and all that stuff. Was just curious if there was a more time efficient method

But email doesn’t flow into Hawksoft, correct? You have to drag and drop it into Hawksoft every time the client responds. Right?
