Our agency sets suspenses for all renewals 60 days out to perform Account Reviews with the client. We are getting ahead of any increases and making sure the information on file is accurate. By the time the insured gets the increased bill, it's not as harsh of a blow because they know we are on top of it. We have an account review form that we complete prior to reaching out to the client.

One thing to note well is, ABSOLUTELY Look at the exclusions. Your underwriter will exclude things in error and your insured will not be covered.
Try to have a second quote to show market has changed. In CA fires have increased everything so need to have back up when quoting.

we operate off of a centralized server and still haven't figured out the black box on our signature on forms, Has anyone figured this out? A bit off topic, I know, but frustrating for my CSRs.

HawkLink mapping to carrier websites is available now, if that carrier displays am ACORD form it should fill that as well.
Here is what my co-worker said about the windows update. It should be an optional update, KB500 something. But the update that fixed it for us is different than what's fixed it for other users.
Utilizing your templates is a timesaver, especially on certs, change request, renewal docs, etc.

Proffession markets are tight in CA and need to submit 45 days in advance!
CYBER - useful to protect current clients, and use as a pain-point with prospect. However, this is the Wild West of Casualty Insurance. Nearly no form standardization, etc. Producer MUST spend time reading forms, quotes, etc. to understand what they are, and are not, selling. Time consuming and commission on most policies does not drive the time. Need to service fee this line.
