Hello, As a new agency (3 weeks live) what is the one piece of advice you would give us while using the system?

As Sean just alluded to James, yes -- if your agency wants to move away from HSO then HawkSoft 6 will enable that.
will we still be able to have our server based in 6.0?

what kind of uptime standards will Hawksoft work to maintain? it seems like service interruptions are common challenges with online users vs local users.
Daniel - we're leveraging aspects of Azure that are focused on 99.99% uptime.. That doesn't include standard maintenance windows in which we might be pushing updates to various systems, etc.
James - CMS will continue to do much of what it does today. We're also adding support for the QuickBooks Web Connector for a more "modernized" integration between CMS and QuickBooks.

Michael.M - there are ranges of IPs for various azure resources. Some of them will be fairly broad as we're focusing on leveraging "services" vs. running our own machines in the cloud.

We won't break your multi-office setup once your agency is able to change to HawkSoft 6, but tweaking that setup may feel different after.

The overall ambition for **Automated** Tasks and Communications is automated processes based on triggers ;)
As far as the automated communication - can here be more than one communication? Let's say we email, then in a day or two send a text, then in a day or two send another email, or even give us a suspense to call in the list.
Pat -- we're taking all of the knowledge we've gained through our own marketing efforts to plan out functionality. Drip campaigns and sequential communication are in consideration.

we put out an application process about a year ago and had 90 applicants so we've started with these agents to fill the current cabs. we may have openings this summer.
Will the cloud and or future updates address the company set up in order to simplify that workflow?

We need to keep pushing GA's/MGA's to allow downloads directly into HS. This is happening with a few but we need way more.

2-way integration is so important because as you use an insuretech tool and you decide to cancel their service or move to another vendor, HawkSoft must be the TRUE source of data.
