how do we get spacing in email to stay single space. it always seams to go to double space when it is sent. then it will double agin if replyed to , etc.???

When bulding in Word the documents can tend to lose the connetion , i.e. sourse, in the Hawksoft??

Patty, if you have your base template with yoru logo, I would suggest you only copy the body of the template from the library and paste that part in, rather than copying the entire emplate in.
