There will be a recording of the webinar that will be sent out to everyone within 24 hours. So if you didn't catch everything during the webinar, you will be able to watch again and pause as needed. But we will try to slow the pace down a little.
April, This is a HS item as it is pulling the information from your set up. So you will want to run the payable report by the carriers. You can clear your fees by paying them like you would your payables but just uncheck to export to QB as this will record them twice.
Janeth - Hi you! Product Support can give you a list of reports to run but they do not provide additional help beyond that. This is referred to your accountant/CPA.
