The set up of Agent commissions under policy set up seem to be redundant as you setting up the Agent under the user list, is it, or did I miss something?

The agent commission exceptions are unique to those carriers. This will override the agent's existing settings for New/Renewal, specifically for that carrier.

The Agent's commission setup under the user list will flood over to every policy the agent is listed on. There should only be one time you would have to setup the agent, unless you wish to create an exception per carrier.

If a company pays commission on installments (as client pays company) and we pay CSR/agents a one-time flat fee for new business, will it try to pay the flat fee every time there is an installment on the new business term? Also, is there a way to see Line of Business, because we don't pay on all lines of business.

Vanessa, if you are creating invoices for MGA business, you can setup the Agency Bill Commission Basis and every time the invoice is paid, that will create a commission transaction to be reconciled.

on agency bill if you enter the invoice and then the payment when its received you automatically get the accounting pre filled. It also set up the export to QuickBooks.

Correct dfarrell, you do have the option to setup an invoice line item for broker fee and have the option to setup that Invoice item to include 'commission setup' that will flood to QuickBooks. ;)

I print report to Hawksoft virtual printer then attach it to the agents file in Hawksoft. You can email report from Hawksoft.
