our favorite is the 'correction' button which takes you right into the clients name/addr info so you can easily update, add, change ph#s, emails etc....

When you change default website, are you changing it across all clients?

Making a change in the policy company setup is a global change for all policies with that specific company

Why this instead of just using Website??

website will only send you to that policy specific programmed site, the external tools are for programs outside of carriers
