We use download report to assign renewal reviews to team members. Also, to track new cancellations.
I don't have a microphone, but we get transaction reports in that I always delete and it takes forever

An issue we are having with download report is that we get edocs coming through as cancellations but are not cancellations - we have called support several times they gave us a work around but it keeps happening and these are automatic downloads not always unmatched - so we don't always catch them. Can someone contact me about this issue.
I'll get in contact with you tcrane, sounds like it could be a bug, or maybe expected workflow for eDocs. Unsure without taking a look.

If a client cancels but the date must be backdated (perhaps because they forgot to tell us about a house being sold) is there a way to still run a report that includes any policy lost in a given amount.
update the status date

Yes, we will be sending the powerpoint that Stephen was using to show you all of his steps.
We use client tag for our client segmentation and would use AAA-Combined vs just AAA.
